Natalie Traboscia founded Natalie Rose Beauty with one simple belief: aesthetic medicine should enhance your natural beauty, never change who you are.
With 18 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and more than 10 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, Natalie combines medical expertise with an artistic eye to create natural-looking, personalized results. Her years in emergency medicine helped shape the compassion, attention to detail, and patient-first approach that continues to define Natalie Rose Beauty today.
Natalie believes the best treatment plans begin with listening. She takes the time to understand each patient’s goals, lifestyle, anatomy, and long-term vision before making a single recommendation. Every treatment is thoughtfully customized because she knows there is no one-size-fits-all approach to aesthetic medicine.
Becca brings warmth, knowledge, and a genuine passion for skincare to her role as Front Desk Coordinator & Manager at Natalie Rose. As one of the first faces clients see when they walk through the door, she is dedicated to creating an experience where every client feels welcomed, valued, and confident throughout their skincare journey.
Becca’s love for skincare began at a young age, when she was navigating her own struggles with cystic acne in middle school. She became fascinated with learning about skincare and finding ways to better understand and care for her own skin. That early experience sparked a passion that eventually grew into a career in aesthetics.

I graduated from the Jean Madeline Aveda Institute, where I built a strong foundation in aesthetics and developed a passion for providing personalized, results-driven treatments.
Gina has built her career around a lifelong love of beauty, skin health, and helping people feel confident in their own skin. Growing up in a salon environment, she was introduced to the beauty industry at an early age and knew it was where she belonged. After completing the Esthetics program at Venus Beauty Academy, Gina turned that passion into a career that has now spanned more than 15 years.
With extensive experience in both advanced aesthetics and professional makeup artistry, Gina brings a unique perspective to every treatment. She combines her knowledge of skin with an experienced artistic eye, focusing on treatments that improve skin health and create meaningful, natural-looking results. She is committed to continuing education and regularly advances her training to stay current with evolving technologies, techniques, and products in the aesthetics industry.

Isabella has always believed that great skin starts with understanding your skin. As a Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician at Natalie Rose Beauty since 2020, she combines results-driven treatments, personalized skincare, and patient education to help each person feel confident in their skin with or without makeup.
With advanced training in corrective skincare, acne management, laser treatments, microneedling, and other skin rejuvenation technologies, Isabella takes an individualized approach to every patient she treats. As a Face Reality Acne Expert, she has a particular passion for acne-prone skin and understands just how much struggling with your skin can affect the way you feel.
For Isabella, skincare has never been about chasing perfection. It’s about creating healthy skin and giving patients the knowledge to understand what their skin actually needs.
She loves taking the confusion out of skincare whether that means simplifying an overwhelming routine, to create a treatment plan that combines professional treatments with an effective at-home regimen. Her philosophy is that more isn’t always better; the right products and treatments, used intentionally, can make all the difference.
Her favorite part of being an esthetician is watching a patient’s confidence change along with their skin. There is nothing better to her than seeing someone who once felt like they needed to hide their skin finally feel comfortable showing it off.
From a young age, Sam has been passionate about beauty, skincare, and the confidence that comes from feeling your best. Growing up watching beauty creators and skincare educators on YouTube sparked an early fascination with the industry and inspired her to pursue a future in aesthetics.
Sam attended cosmetology vocational school during high school, where she built a strong foundation in beauty before ultimately choosing a different career path. After graduation, she spent six years working in beauty retail, gaining invaluable experience in customer service, product education, and helping clients find personalized solutions for their skincare and beauty goals.
Wanting to expand her knowledge and become more involved in the treatment side of the industry, Sam enrolled at Venus Beauty Academy to earn her Esthetician License. It was there that she met Isabella, a connection that ultimately led her to join the Natalie Rose Beauty team.
Today, Sam serves as Spa & Operations Manager, where she combines her passion for organization, education, and exceptional client care to help ensure every patient receives an outstanding experience from the moment they walk through the door. She works closely with the practice’s expert providers and patient coordinators, helping streamline daily operations while continuously learning about the newest advancements in aesthetic medicine to better educate both the team and clients.
